What makes him a good trainer IMO:
1) He is very experienced, he has been an athlete himself and took care of himself really well, he knows how to treat you. He will understand what you are looking for and plan your exercise to go in that direction.
2) He knows nutrition well. He is going to help you understand how you should eat and always ask you about how you have been feeding yourself to give feedback and make sure you are eating healthy. He won’t recommend artificial supplies and I’ve learned you don’t need any if you eat properly.
3) He is fun. He will make your training entertaining while staying focused on your exercise.
